Gluten-free toast--not what you think!!

On day 12. Or I was two days ago--I'm recovering from a severe intestinal virus or food poisoning or something else horrible. The only thing I've been able to keep down for 48 hours is a little plain gluten-free toast (my kids are celiac). Will I need to start all over, or can I just keep to my plan of hitting pause on day 12 and then restarting again when I am better? Thanks. Ugh.
