Is this your routine every day? Are you a competitive athlete?

Many people find they do better with more moderate exercise. More is not always better. That said, my trainer has taught me that I can exercise more often if I "pay" for that exercise with extra recovery. Are you willing to eat much more food? Are you willing to spend extra time resting/napping/sleeping, getting massages, foam rolling, sitting in the sauna or hot tub? If not, you haven't earned the right to work out so much. do less.

If you are willing to put in the work of recovery, that should include a good amount of extra food. You could do the recommended pre- and post workout for each session, and as many sessions as you do in a given day. Pre-WO is important if needed for performance, or if you work out first thing in the morning, post-WO is most important for high-intensity exercise. If your exercise is low intensity, you might get by without these mini-meals, but you should still compensate with a little extra food (protein particularly) in your meals; try for 1-1/2 to 2 palms of protein.
