nelsonelliot
Not being a huge fan of a lot of meat can I use Quorn meat substitute for some meals?
praxisproject
Read your labels of Quorn carefully. When it was first released in Australia it would have been compliant (had only one ingredient), since then it's changed and is now mostly unhealthy fillers. What's on your Quorn label? Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 20, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 20, 2016 Quorn is a highly processed product. It is not real food, so it is not appropriate to eat during a Whole30. It fails Whole30 standards because it is highly processed and because it is fake meat. You could call it "savory" Sex with Your Pants on. It is all wrong for Whole30-style eating even for vegetarians or vegans.
