pibbylotter
Hi, I read on the website that all RX Bars are compliant, and it seemed to be an old post. Obviously Peanut Butter is out, but what about the chocolate ones? There is mint chocolate, coffee chocolate, etc. What's the deal?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted September 12, 2016 Moderators Share Posted September 12, 2016 Technically compliant, but really, you're better off picking things that don't taste like candy bars. Bars of any kind are really for emergencies-- stuck on a plane on the tarmac for hours, for instance. Times when you have no access to any other compliant food. pibbylotter
I don't particularly care for them. So they don't taste like candy to me. I had a blueberry one while on the middle of a huge lake yesterday. Thanks! @ShannonM816!
glickster75
I have a similar question. I did a Whole30 last year, and I could have sworn that RxBars showed up in the "Whole30 Approved" list, but they are not there anymore. I am on Day 22, and I have just purchased a pack from RxBar that was labeled a Whole30 pack because I've run into a few times where I've had to work through lunch and I'm considering extending my Whole30 for better results. So, I'm really hoping they are still "approved", and that all the varieties in the box will be okay. Any thoughts?
