The ingredients of this water are

carbonated water, citric acid, potassium citrate, natural flavor, aspartame, potassium benzoate, acesulfame potassium, malic acid

Idk what most of them are but is this drink ok for the whole30? It's basically a sparkling flavored water from walgreens there's no sugar fat carb etc. 0 calories.

Thanks yall!

Lots of ideas here.  But try to drink water.

I do, I drink a gallon a day [weight lifter over here]  but sometimes I enjoy flavor ;]  I use to use Dasani drops but they have fake sugar so can't use those. So will have to try something different  [also my hubs was a big soda drinker so plain water for him isn't his favorite thing though I make him drink it lol]

There are a lot of brands of flavored seltzer that only have "Natural Flavors" and Carbonated Water as ingredients. I am currently sipping on the Raspberry Lime flavor from Trader Joe's!

Is there a brand name? I've never been to trader Joe's. It's on the other side of town for me :[

See the below links for some other brands that I usually get!

Adirondack http://www.adirondackbeverages.com/Products/Seltzers/RaspberryLimeSeltzer/tabid/128/Default.aspx

Scheweppes http://www.schweppesus.com/#/products/sparkling-water/schweppes-orange-sparkling-water

La Croix (although in my experience these tend to be more $$$) http://www.lacroixwater.com/flavors/

Hello all!  First, let me say I am so excited to be starting the Whole30 program.  Tomorrow will be my first day.

I want to give a BIG thumbs up to La Croix water.  I have never liked drinking water of any kind until I tried La Croix.  It was instrumental in getting me off ALL sodas--diet and regular.  I had tried to quit my SERIOUS soda addiction many, many times without success until a friend suggested La Croix.  I am happy to report I will be celebrating 1 full year of NO SODAS AT ALL next month.

My next challenge is to give up the Sweet 'n Low I have been abusing in tea and coffee!  I am committed to doing the Whole30 and look forward to getting off the Sweet 'n Low merry-go-round!

I swill LaCroix. I found it during the holidays and I must say, it's all fun.  Really.

I've tried all the flavors, my faves are apricot and coconut. Some  flavors like berry...meh.  I can't find the berry taste.  The citrus ones are too acidic for my gut on a regular basis.  The apricot and coconut settle well.

I mix the milder LaCroix's with kombucha.  Ooooo, baby. gargle-blaster-smiley.gif?1292867601Now that's my drink and it stretches out your dollar.  More bang for your bucks.
