Janae Jelsma
When reading labels, I see less than 2% sugar is that a big deal?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2018 Hi @Janae Jelsma - The Whole30 is only concerned about the ingredients listed, not about the nutritional label. You haven't indicated what the product is that you are reviewing but lots of things contain naturally occurring sugars which would appear on the nutritional panel. If the sugar listed is in the ingredients or says has the word CONTAINS before the 2% phrase, then the product is not compliant. It would be helpful if there was more information in your request. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 5, 2018 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2018 Ya, this is out...it's the manufacturer's sneaky way of making things 'appear' healthier.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2018 This is not compliant due to the sugar.
