Elizabeth It's hard to know without just trying it and seeing but we discourage just drinking glasses of any milk substitute or juices/smoothies. Food that you drink sends different satiety signals to your brain than food that you chew. Coconut milk is fine for coffee/tea, curries and other cooking uses.
