Moderators ShannonM816 Posted August 10, 2019 Moderators Share Posted August 10, 2019 What are the ingredients? There are very few protein powders that actually meet Whole30 requirements, most contain sweeteners, soy, legumes, or dairy.

This forum is specifically for discussing the Whole30, a 30-day elimination diet. The only thing we could tell you about protein shakes and bars is if particular ones are compatible with the rules of this program based on their ingredients.
