kirent
So I've been going through my Whole30 and have been having Nespresso on some mornings. I assume it's just pure coffee, but I have been more careful looking up ingredients of the foods I'm eating lately. I'm having difficulty finding a clear answer on what they might be putting in the coating of the containers but this website says that the aluminum capsules are coated with a "food-grade lacquer": http://www.nespresso.com/#/fr/en/coffee_nespresso/nespresso_faq Is this okay for the whole30? Will I need to restart? Thanks for the help!
Robin Strathdee
You don't need to worry about the coating unless its made of MSG Honestly, though, I wouldn't be super concerned with it during your Whole30.

Susan W
Can I have pure cream with my Nespresso? Dairy is not allowed on W30. You can have full fat coconut milk though.
