Emily Dunn
I saw these Super Cookies at Whole Foods yesterday by Go Raw. Ingredients are organic coconut (unsulphured), sprouted organic sesame seeds, organic dates. I know they are not to be used as a dessert but as a crunchy (in case of emergency) option to keep in my purse? Thoughts? http://livesuperfoods.com/goraw-supercookies.html?utm_source=googlepla&utm_medium=cse&utm_term=GRW012p&gclid=CMm9kunx5bQCFcyf4Aodw2EArA

Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 13, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2013 A zip lock bag full of nuts makes good emergency food that you can carry.
Susan W
Or homemade beef jerky. Super easy to make in your oven.
Michaela Elmore Cogswell
when I looked at the link, the site keeps refering to them to "treat your sweet tooth". Sounds like they have a LOT of dates in there to sweeten them up. Seems like it will just feed the sugar dragon.
Robin Strathdee
I'm going to say that these fall into the same category as Larabars. EMERGENCY only and then you need to work on better planning
