Mineral water?

I'm starting my first Whole 30 tomorrow and I'm really excited about it! However, I know I will be attending a couple of parties/dinners during this month and I also know alcohol will be present during these occasions. I don't mind not drinking, not at all, but it still feels a little...well, boring to just have a glass of tap water. I'm not sure if mineral water is approved for Whole 30 though? Even if it's plain it still contains a lot of salts and stuff (I'm guessing you at least have to omit the flavoured ones since they're mostly not natural but containing "aromas"), but perhaps that's still OK?

Mineral water is great for you. I love Gerolsteiner. It has a good but of magnesium in it. But I agree you are prob better off putting in your own flavor. I love the idea I saw here of putting in a few frozen raspberries. You can muddle or eat at the end. It feels kind of like have sangria and eating the boozy fruit at the end.
