Honey Sue
I'm starting my first Whole 30 tomorrow and I'm really excited about it! However, I know I will be attending a couple of parties/dinners during this month and I also know alcohol will be present during these occasions. I don't mind not drinking, not at all, but it still feels a little...well, boring to just have a glass of tap water. I'm not sure if mineral water is approved for Whole 30 though? Even if it's plain it still contains a lot of salts and stuff (I'm guessing you at least have to omit the flavoured ones since they're mostly not natural but containing "aromas"), but perhaps that's still OK? Jtandi
I drink seltzer water pretty much all the time. you can have the flavored ones. most people like La Criox, I prefer Seagram's orange flavor...
Beets
Mineral water is great for you. I love Gerolsteiner. It has a good but of magnesium in it. But I agree you are prob better off putting in your own flavor. I love the idea I saw here of putting in a few frozen raspberries. You can muddle or eat at the end. It feels kind of like have sangria and eating the boozy fruit at the end.
