Iderera2
I just bought a jar of kimchi from Whole Foods the other day and the only way I've eaten it before is with rice at Korean restaurants. Obviously, doing the Whole 30 right now makes rice a no-go, so does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can pair kimchi with?
Susan W
You can rice some cauliflower. It doesnt absorb the way rice does but it is a good match. I like eating it right out of the jar.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 14, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 14, 2013 I often eat kimchi out of the jar with boiled eggs or sardines.

Beets
I liked it a lot with slow-cooked brisket or ground meat and sautéed cabbage. Anything either plain or Asian-y. Some people like it with eggs. (Sounds good to me but I was off eggs when I started eating kimchi.)
SpinSpin
I love kimchi straight from the jar, with stir fries, along side rich cuts of meat. Yum! I think it would be with anything you would eat sauerkraut with.
