Things to do with mayo

The classic dry ingredients are salt and mustard powder. Instead of mustard powder, I like to use yellow Jamaican curry. I've also used Madras curry, garlic powder, probably one or two other things. I keep coming back to the yellow Jamaican curry. It makes the mayonnaise yellow, but I love the taste.

Cumin, chili powder, curry powder, smoked paprika, dill, mix with dill pickle juice, lemon or lime juice, mustard... (I eat a lot of mayo too.) I don't usually add these ingredients to the mayo as I make it, just to the meal I'm eating with the mayo on it. Super yum.

I like to put in some left over avocado (yes, there is such a thing), with some paprika, maybe some hot headz chipotle pepper sauce to make a really creamy, spicy mayo. Sometimes I add lime juice of coconut milk... I like this with chicken or meatballs. Just dipping some bell peppers or cucumber sticks in it is also nice.
