SMcClellan Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 Hi, just finished my first Whole30 and introduced gluten today. Sprouted grain toast this morning at breakfast. No immediate issues but by 6pm this evening, stomach ache, bloating, gas, nausea and general feeling ill. This was a familiar stomach ache, but one that I didn't have at all during my Whole30.
