Melelina
I did a search and couldn't find this specific item and it is something I am totally unfamiliar with. My son gave me a bottle for Christmas. He bought it when he was on his honeymoon in Bali. It lists the ingredients as: 100% organic pure and unfiltered coconut palm syrup. I am guessing it would count towards my fat intake for the day. If I can have it, do you have any suggestions on what to do with it? Maybe drizzled on sweet potatoes? Thanks for the help. AmyS
Sounds like a tropical version of maple syrup. I'm guessing it's that kind of sugar. I'd save it for after your Whole30 and try it then! What a sweet (heehee) gift!
Susan W
Amy, I so love the phrase "tropical version of maple syrup". Off to google but it does sound like sugar in disguise.
Kirsteen
Well, from way before W30, I have coconut sugar which, according to the packet is dried coconut syrup so I would say definitely not W30 compliant, sorry.
