Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 9, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 9, 2013 Maybe. It depends upon the ingredients and those don't appear to be available online.
dotamy
I have often wondered this myself and I felt that avoiding any flavored coffee would be best during a W30 cycle. The flavorings, while they can be natural as in the case of spiced coffees, are more often artificial and are more for aroma than flavor. Which just kinda sounds gross. I'd rather taste the roast than taste the "smell" of altered coffees.
praxisproject
Every time I have managed to wheedle the ingredients out of places for their flavoured beans, they are very very very high in sugar. You should be able to make your own vanilla coffee though, with a vanilla pod.
SpinSpin
I have done cinnamon coffee with putting ground cinnamon in the grounds and then brewing. I bet you could that with the vanilla bean the above poster suggested. Scrap the vanilla seeds out and use the pod to flavor the coffee and I bet you could get a few pots out of on pod. Renee Lee
as a bostonian, i'm laughing at the Dunks reference. Spinspin's idea is a great one...that's probably the safest way to go during the W30
praxisproject
Pods can be reused a number of times and you can also add them in jars to things that store, like coffee beans. It's how they make vanilla sugar (just put a pod in a jar with it).
