hinshawj
I found that some coconut water really helped my headaches today, but then tonight realized the label shows 10g of sugar. are those natural sugars and ok, as the ingredients says 100% natural coconut water? Robin Strathdee
As long as the ingredients are compliant, you should be fine. We don't generally recommend drinking coconut water as a regular beverage, but I'm glad it helped your headache!
craftygrrl
Its helped when I've tried it for leg cramps at night, when I was out of pickle juice. So I'm glad its compliant.
kellyp
I drank it yesterday for my headache too. It did seem to help. I don't drink it on a regular basis but I do put it in my water bottle when I'm going to do a 2+ hour bike ride. Is that ok?

Billie Burke
Can anyone name some compliant brands? I haven't even looked at any since doing w30. Last year when I was training for a half marathon I drank one a day after my workouts/runs and it always helped with my soreness the next day! kellyp
I love Amy & Brian brand. I too, drank it for recovery last season.
exploradora
Amy and Brian's and Taste Nirvana are both good.
praxisproject
Cocobella (in Australia) has a Straight Up version (just coconut juice), the others all have fruit juices and sugars I think. Great when you're sick, or when doing a big workout.
