Coconut milk in a carton, Almond Milk?

Almond milk is easy enough to make. There are lots of how-to videos out there. Basically, you soak almonds overnight in water, then drain and throw in the food processor. Once done, you strain it through cheesecloth. Tastes much better than the stuff in the carton.

I am so glad you mentioned this, Robin. While I haven't had any almond milk since starting the W30, I used to have two big glasses a day, along with protein powder. I just figured it was so low in calories, nothing else mattered.

I'm going to throw in a caution here for all you make-your-own-milkers:

Be very moderate in your consumption of almond milk. It is,essentially, nuts and water, and it can be really easy to overconsume nuts in this (processed) way.
