Wynne Jones
I just received two big, beautiful salmon from my neighbor who just returned from an ice fishing trip. Any suggestions on how to cook them the W30 way?

Brad Hefta-Gaub
Salmon is so deliscious on its own. Let it be it's full self. When I grill salmon (at least a couple times a month) I keep it minimal. Maybe some salt and pepper on top, maybe a drizzle of lemon juice, maybe a little drizzle of olive oil. Grill it scales/skin down. Don't flip it, just let it cook. Perfect!
Brad Hefta-Gaub
I assume this is pacific salmon. Otherwise I don't know how to cook it. Atlantic salmon is a totally different fish.
kshacklett
Tom's recipe is awesome - I made it a week or two ago and really liked it. Another favorite in my house is this recipe for Tandoori Salmon with Spinach Onion and Cucumber Salad . I just sub out the greek yogurt for some homemade mayo.
