CraftyCarnivore
What's a good way to microwave eggs at work vs. making them in advance? Every time I've tried this, I end up with egg all over the microwave, and a smelly office kitchen.
SpinSpin
My dad used to microwave a single egg in a Styrofoam cup back in the 80's. He would put an egg in the bottom, a dap of butter (could use ghee or coconut oil instead) scramble it a bit and then zap it for a few seconds, maybe 10 to start? take it out, stir it a bit, back in, zap, stir, zap, stir until it was done. But that is the only way I have seen it done.
Susan W
I use an egg cooker to hard boil eggs in my mw. If I cooked them for fewer minutes, I would end up with soft boiled eggs. They are very inexpensive. I got mine on amazon. It is the white egg shaped one.
Susan W
I just went and looked. It's called the Nordic Ware Egg Boiler. $11 and free shipping with prime.
SonyaT
I have a counter top electric steamer that I throw my eggs in and turn on while I am in the shower in the AM and it works wonderfully without needing my attention and I can steam some veg at the same time. I've even been known to cook sausage patties in there.
MelliebuStacey
Tupperware + tsp of ghee + egg + veg--pre-scramble the egg; then rest the lid on top + nuke for 1:00 or until your egg has souffled.
Beets
I used to scramble eggs at work in the micro. Best results: cook in ten second increments, low power, and stir between.

flower
Hi! I'm new here. I made some eggs and spinach in the mircrowave this morning. I like to use a shallow bowl, then it spreads like an omelet. 30 second intervals, flip as necessary. So excited to learn more as I start my whole30 journey.
