theslenderstudent Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 I'm on day 31 (partly out of fear/laziness regarding the reintroduction process) and face a happy hour tomorrow and some alcohol-centered events over the weekend. I'd love to have a glass of wine and wondered how that fits into the reintroduction schedule. I think tomorrow will be my dairy reintroduction day, but does the alcohol/wine factor in at all? Physibeth Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 Most people choose to reintroduce alcohol/wine as a separate day from what I've read. I would separate out gluten containing alcohols to your gluten day though and just stick to non-gluten alcohol on your alcohol day. Others might have better advice as I'm not a drinker regardless.
