Any suggestions on good brunch spots that accommodate whole30?

Google some restaurants in your town and have a look at the menus... you'll have to do some substituting for most places but with some research I'm sure you can find a couple places that you can then call and talk to them directly

At any breakfast/brunch place, you can probably get eggs fried (ask for olive oil, or something else other than butter), soft or hard boiled, or poached. Maybe scrambled, but specify no butter, no milk, and that you want actual eggs, not a mix they already have that might have pancake batter in it. There's probably fruit -- ask to be sure they don't add syrup or other sugar to it. If you call and ask beforehand, you can ask about how they cook any meat they offer, like steak or burger patties or fish -- it's unlikely you'll find compliant bacon or sausage or ham, unless you find a specifically paleo restaurant, those almost always have sugar in them. You may be able to get a plain salad, bring your own dressing or ask for oil and vinegar.

Also remember that this is about spending time with loved ones, so if you do end up going somewhere that you're not really sure you'll be able to get a full meal, eat before you go, have a cup of coffee or tea, if there is something that's definitely compliant (a bowl of fruit, a small salad), you can order that to have some food in front of you. It may feel weird at first, but don't make a big deal, just say you aren't very hungry, and then move on to the next subject -- ask them how they are doing, what they've been doing lately, if they've seen a good movie recently, whatever. Just steer the conversation away from food, and by the time you're all chatting, nobody will think anything about it.
