Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 12, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 12, 2013 Right. Just because you can, does not mean you should. The point of a Whole30 is to eat nutrition-rich foods and enjoy the resulting health benefits. Yam noodles do not measure up nutrition-wise. Kim Christensen
In the book they talk a lot about how your food should be promoting health. Anything that bulks up our food with no nutritional value doesn't promote our good health.

praxisproject
NomNomPaleo has great instructions for Zoodles (zucchini noodles). I love shirataki noodles, but I have to say, haven't missed them at all on Whole30, going without They're pretty tasteless and I'm not sure I'd like them without cheese.
