CaTo
I'm on Day 2 and expecting a headache tomorrow!
Cheshire Cheetah
What type of headache? I know a few headache remedies, but some additional information would be helpful to make sure I'm not giving you useless information. (You're okay taking pain relief medication on Whole30, but since you asked about other remedies in the title, I'll answer that question too)
laura_juggles
Is there any particular reason you're expecting a headache tomorrow? Make sure you're not dehydrated and get enough sleep. Those are the two things that usually prevent me from having headaches.
CaTo
Thanks. I've been told to expect a headache tomorrow in connection with sugar withdrawal. Tylenol or Advil would be the remedies I'd be most likely to reach for if needed. If you have other recommendations, I'm open!
laura_juggles
Make sure you're hydrated and get enough sleep. If your headache is so bad that it feels like you need to take something, then I think Tylenol or its generic is generally preferred as it's more gentle on your stomach...but that's just me trying to remember a post Tom made not terribly long ago. slc_melissa
Sniffing peppermint essential oil can help with certain types of headaches. Eat some starchy vegetables, follow laura_juggles advice.

Kathy Jackman
I am looking for headache advice too. I feel dehydrated, so am going to start my morning with 25 ounces of water from now on. I feel thirsty a lot, and I am putting the pieces of the puzzle together now that it has to do with a not so healthy gut. Regarding Ibuprophen, I always make sure I have eaten a meal before taking because my they say that it is hard on the digestive tract.
