This one?

It's a no on account of the corn syrup, sugar, and MSG.

EDIT - just realized you specified no MSG (I don't see that one on their site), but if that's the only difference, still a no due to the sweeteners.

I made this spice mix to add to some ground beef (you could also do ground pork or whatever) - it's pretty sausage-y.

I was looking on the web site at the link above, as I don't have a label in front of me. :) But still, added sugar in any form is not allowed if you're on a Whole30. So the sugar makes it noncompliant. (Sugar also sneaks in with cane syrup, evaporated cane juice, and some other things. Fruit juice as a sweetener is allowed.)

Okay-- so the Jimmy Dean's is OUT, but Aidells All Natural Chicken & Apple smoked chicken sausage is okay, right???

Bluby, I know Aidells has a compliant sausage and that may be the one. Can you post the ingredients?

I eat this one all the time! It is Whole30 compliant :)

How about "Jones All Natural Pork Sausage" only 4 ingredients

Pork

Water

Salt

Spices

If that's truly all that's in it, you're fine. Double-check the label at your local grocer, as ingredients for various products have varied by region.

I looked this up for the Jimmy Dean I saw at Costco today, which is all natural with less than 2% of sugar... I didn't buy, but that just reinforces what is different in the ingredients versus the grams table, which lists sugars at 0g
