walley5
Everything I can find has soy in it... either soybean oil, or vegetable broth made from soy. I did find some on amazon that is in olive oil - didn't get great reviews but that's what I am thinking about getting if I can't find anything else. Suggestions? missmary
there are lots of tuna brands available without soy, you just have to read a lot of labels until you find one. I like wild planet tuna. I've also noticed the tuna in the pouch is less likely to have soy, so you might take a look at those.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 5, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2014 I do things like look at every variety of tuna in a grocery store. I think I have found at least one brand in every store that is Whole30-compliant, sometimes two.
Brewer5
Polar or Wild Planet are the two I have found.

KayKay
Can you find water-packed tuna at all? It's very common here in Canada, but maybe not in other countries?
AmyS
Can you find water-packed tuna at all? It's very common here in Canada, but maybe not in other countries? Check the ingredients list. In the U.S., water packed tuna is packed in soy broth. You have to check the ingredients list. I don't know if this is true in Canada, but again, check the ingredients list.
